Report on Freshers & Graduation Ceremony

The Freshers and Graduation Ceremony of St. Thomas School, Hardag was held with great enthusiasm and joy on 28th March 2026. The programme commenced with a prayer song by the school choir, followed by a warm welcome speech. The lighting of the lamp by the Chief Guest and dignitaries marked the formal inauguration of the event.

The little ones of KG2A and KG2B delighted the audience with their performances, “Childhood Happiness” and an action song. Fr. Akash Koottakkallil, OCD Superior of San Juan Monastery, Kunti, delivered the main message, motivating students with his inspiring words. Students’ speeches by Kanvi Gope (KG2B) and Adbhut Ivan Lakra (KG2A) added confidence and charm to the programme.

The Chief Guest was felicitated, and Mrs. Helen Mary John, Vice-Principal, addressed the gathering with a felicitation speech. The cultural segment included a lively Farmer Dance by students of Std 2 and 3, and an energetic Fire & Water Dance by students of Std 8 and 9, which captivated the audience.

A heartfelt parents testimony made the event more meaningful. The highlight of the ceremony was the distribution of certificates to the graduating students, celebrating their achievements and marking a new beginning.

The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, followed by the National Anthem.
