Transport

The school provides safe and secure transportation to the school students within a radius of 20 Kms. from the school. Children from far flung areas have a comfortable school bus facility which enables them to reach the school on time and reach their homes on time. Trasnport manager views the entire school bus transportation process and control different aspects of vehicles.

BUS FACILITY

  • Bus facility is subject to availability and it is not the privilege of students.
  • Stoppages are Bariatu housing colony, kanke, Gandhi Nagar, Divyan, Morabadi, Kantatoli, lalpur, Piska More, Das Mile, hatia, Samlong, Booty More, tipudana, Kokar, Harmu etc.
  • The students who once opt for the bus facility will have to pay 11 months bus fee (April-feb.) fee even if they discontinue the bus facility during the session.
  • No parents are allowed to enter the bus at any cost.
  • The student shall be at the bus stop specified, at least 5 minutes ahead of the prescribed time. Those who miss the bus shall make their own arrangement to reach the school.
  • Parents should make sure that they wait on the same side of the street where their children will be dropped off.
  • A parent/guardian or older sibling must be at the bus stop to receive kinder.
  • The student shall be at the bus stop specified, at least 5 minutes ahead of the prescribed time. Those who miss the bus shall make their own arrangement to reach the school.
  • Deviation from approved route or picking up from home will not be allowed to reduce the effective time of travel of students and avoid unwanted delays.
  • If a change in collection point/stop is desired, the same shall be communicated by the parent through a written note to the school authority with date and clear instructions at least one day before.
  • Instructions from parents on any change required in conveyance received over phone from parents or guardians shall not be entertained for safety reasons.
  • Parents, whose wards would not be travelling in the school bus, are requested to notify in advance, about their absence.
  • Students, who come to school in their own transport, should arrive at the school within the time specified.
  • No student is allowed to come to school in a self-driven scooter, motor cycle or car.
  • Students, who come to school in the care of guardian/care taker, should never leave before the person arrives.
  • Students who go home alone should be prompt in returning home straight.
