St. Thomas School, Dhurwa, celebrated International Yoga Day on 19th June 2025 with great enthusiasm under the guidance of our Honourable Principal, Rev. Thomas K. Thomas. Students of Class X-D presented a skit highlighting the importance of yoga, followed by a yoga demonstration beginning with the prayer “Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah” and Pranayama.

Students performed various asanas, showcasing the significance of yoga in promoting physical and mental well-being. Addressing the gathering, the Principal emphasized the importance of making yoga a part of daily life to enhance strength, concentration, flexibility, and overall wellness. The programme concluded with a message encouraging everyone to embrace yoga for a healthier and happier future.
